Nuisance obstruction advertisement board by kerb Edge. Near Pizza cafe 416 Upper Elmers End Rd, N of jct with Monks Way. Opp Eden Park Station.

One side blank. Other side out of date funfair in park.

Seems unrelated to nearby premises.

Wrongly situated by kerb, not adjacent to shop window and restricting narrow but busy pavement. Please secure removal or re-siting to any admitted owner forecourt.

  • Please explain. Has the obstructive, kerb edge advertisement been removed or not? What does 'below our investigatory levels' mean? Why 'may'? This is a vague reply to a clear report. Report made at a location I do not pass regularly to check myself.

  • I passed by on a bus on 20.3.23. The unkempt freestanding sign, blank one side, and advert remnants the other side is still there. It occupies 40% or the narrow footway width. It does not appear to relate to any nearby premises. It is by the kerb. Please remove this obstruction and clutter.
