Unkempt area

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4260774.

The hedge on the other side of Upton park has not been cut or tidied for 12 months +. Overgrowth is blocking the path, its full of litter. I've notified council of this in August 2022, and they wouldn't do it due to nesting season, though never seen a bird there. In October I used their site to report the problem and it wouldn't work, emailed to council, they said they will look into fixing it. The site doesn't work still, the hedges are still uncut. Council is collecting a lot of money for parking there but keeps it in the most appalling state throughout the year.

    Still nothing has been done to the area. Hedges are full of litter and the overgrowth is blocking the passage. Is it again to be delayed until birding season starts so you have an excuse not to do it for another year. The area is collecting you money through parking fees every day!
