Electric fence by ROW

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4260079.

The path runs just north from the road, beside a property on the east side with chickens(?),I think I remember it was fairly narrow, I think there were three strands of wire on the footpath side, two at body level and one about 1ft off the ground (at dog level) there was a label saying electric fence,
