Private disabled drive. My disabled car shown with 4 meter access required at back for electric wheel chair access and for MY other visitors to park on.

As agreed the installation of Ballards with James local highway agency officer yesterday the position of the bollards roughly shown on the grass for foot apart. For reasons previously explained. As a serious risk to life. As per police marker and fire brigade aware of as of number 7 and 14 refusing to give me access to my home or be able to leave as blocking me in as per pictures and using my drive to access the lawne and then threatening me to move my vehicle so they can use my drive to get off. No I am disabled and they have no access to use that drive. Pictures shown and videos of death threats shown while on my electric wheelchair trying to go out for food being abused and threatened with death harm and have my wheel chair smashed up and I have not even got to the end of my drive.
