Loose man hole cover on road

Sent to Breckland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4259441.

Right outside "Walnut House" on the road (Gooseberry Hill ) appears to be a loose Man hole cover. As cars drive over it , it makes a loud clatter ; for one , it IS noisy , I live at Appledene and it's a continual noise on this busy stretch of road, and two, I m concerned it will become dislodged and cause an accident. Can you please look into this at your earliest convenience
