Shoddy construction of 4 storey block of flats

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4258847.

Driving past this block of flats and the shoddy quality of work is obvious. Poorly bay roofing, concrete and plaster dripped across surfaces, chipped lintels.
