Rubbish( old sofa)left beside untaxed vehicle on council property

Despite repeated requests from nieghbours has left sofa and other rubbish beside vehicle for weeks now - even cars are parked on pathway but because in front of garages he believes he owns council land in front of garage and can park there

    Local residents all park in hatched area - blocking cycle path through width restriction -its not just one vehicle - cyclists are being forced into incoming traffic at a dangerous junction - repeated requests but unless enforcement happens -they won't stop committing a parking nuisance - on fall drive by width restriction -- sadly furzton is becoming a rat run so more cars in peak hours- yellow lines or controlled park zone needs to be implemented
