Mud on road

The mud has been here since December caused by sugar beet lorries and more deposited since from tractors of Eau Brink Farm Nothing has been done. Today my tyre tread was so clogged with mud that it affected the brakes and caused skidding. I then got out of the delivery van and slipped in the mud. I understand that this has been reported on 2 occasions by the residents and they were told it did not warrant intervention
