Penrith Drive unsafe for pedestrians

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 12:51, Wednesday 22 February 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4254803.

The street that forms a loop on Penrith Drive is unsafe, the cars are all on the pavement on both sides of the road so there is no pavement space and the road is narrow, there are a lot of families that walk here, and cars are speeding on the street so they don’t want to have to reverse to the beginning of the long street. My family and children feel unsafe to walk here. The street should be one way as there is no turning points on this street and should be 20mph especially at school rush hour. This has been going on for years, children and dogs almost run over on a regular basis.
