Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4253181.

Streetlight 2 in Oxen Cove car park is off, when it should be on (when it is night and dark). Oxen Cove car park is a quite well used. This non working light makes it dark for pedestrians and could make people feel unsafe.
