Broken kerbstone

Reported via mobile in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 12:36, Tue 21 February 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4251670.

The pavement in front of my house and the kerbstone has been destroyed by the heavy construction vehicles attending the site off Whitelaw street. The street is not wide enough to accommodate parked vehicles as well as the passing of lorries. Clearly the pavement is not designed to take the weight of such vehicles. A repair has already been carried out by the Council during the period of this construction but another is required at several points along the street. Additional I consider that Cruden construction are culpable and should contribute to the restoration of the road.
