Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4250070.

Telephone cabinet at corner of Fanshawe Street and Elton Road is making a very loud buzzing noise. Can be heard from quite a distance. I first noticed it on 16th Feb
