Tesco Express stock cages blocking pavement (again)

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 16:15, Monday 20 February 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4249268.

Like their counterparts in Partick, this branch sees fit to store their empty metal stock cages on the pavement rather than instore. Like them too, this has been an ongoing ploy now for over 2 years. Like them, they have been previously warned, but either a new manager comes in and is oblivious, or the existing manager thinks he or she will chance their arm again (as the council do NO periodic checks...)

Currently, the many cages take up half the pavement width.

And any chance a permanent solution to all such 'Express' outlets and other grocery shops across the city that indulge in this recurring practice? It does not happen in Edinburgh, so senior managers might want to find out why, and then follow suit.
