Seagal,pidgeon,rat feeding

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4247266.

This issue has been ongoing for over a year at ball Rd flats,a neighbour continues to throw food waste on shed roofs and in the grounds of the church of hope,adjacent to my home,this causes problems with birds roosting on the roof etc,also its not very hygienic and a health hazard

  • This problem has also been reported to tenancy management cardiff council and enviromental health and has been going on for about 14months,but still nothing seems to get done.

  • The neighbour in question has continued to place food in a casserole dish on the steps in comunal yard,still have a rat,pidgeon,seagal problem,the council have stopped bateing the rat boxes and gardens etc,I'm not looking forward to the rat infestation again

  • Not fixed I now have rats or some other pest in my attic,which has now been bated by cardiff council pest control,so still ongoing

  • The reason this has escalated is that food is still being put out communal area courtyard in bowls on the floor,also the amount of dogs waste all over the courtyard floor,cardiff council letters DO NoT work

  • Unfortunately not fixed,still nesting on lower balconies and roosting ,due to feeding in dishes out in comunal courtyard don't think this block of flat will ever be fixed really

  • Feeding from roof had stopped but continuous feeding from a bowl on the floor has kept pidgeons seagals,vermin around the flats,to a point where we have had to have nets cover the front balconies,due to the hazard of pidgeon mess and nests etc building up on the balconies,they have now started to roost on the floor around the back an front comual porches,with droppings starting to build up there aswell .

  • 22 1 25 not fixed the person feeding the rats,pidgeons etc is throwing the food onto church of hope grounds,which are private, also throwing it around the whole of the grounds on the front of the building
