Of late cars have been parking across the entrance to the church hall at the bottom of Nelson Street. Making it impossible for those going to communion to use the car park on site. Disabled elderly people have been having problems accessing the facilities. Road cones are placed at the entrance but they are being moved inside the gate and residents are parking there; in spite of the "Keep clear" painted on the road. Would it be possible for "NO PARKING" to be painted there instead. Residents might like to note that it is an offence to park where there is a dropped kerb.
