Hi, According Rule 243 of the Highway Code parking is illegal to school yellow zig zag.Because, parking outside a school specifically may obstruct visibility for parents and children trying to cross the road and is thus highly dangerous. This vehicle’s owner regularly parking zig zag zone in Ls64dn I would like to let you know if something happens because of this issue Kind regards
