Abandoned Shopping Trolley from Unknown Shop

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4241557.

Someone has abandoned a broken shopping trolley at the end of The Parade - outside 3 The Parade (CT20 1SL). There is no branding on the shopping trolley, so I don't know who to call. I have brought the shopping trolley onto my property to avoid someone deciding to push it down The Parade Steps at the end of our street (this has happened in the past)
