High pitched noise for months now
Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4240528.
High pitched noise that goes on / off at different parts of the day and seems to emit from the flats (with the rubbish bays outside) on the corner of Newcastle Rd. Possibly electrical but a whining sound that can last minutes each time. Also, may be related to various car repair works in the street which are unsightly & if a business, done elsewhere,
