Motorbikes using pedestrians entrance

Reported via iOS in the Dangerous structure category by Farry Hobbs at 05:21, Fri 17 January 2014

Sent to Ealing 4 minutes later

At the corner of Scorton Avenue and Colwyn Avenue, there is a footpath entrance that goes into the car park. This entrance is meant for pedestrians and probably cyclists.

Unfortunately motorbikes have been using this entrance as a shortcut to and from Medway estate posing a real danger to pedestrians, especially children who play in the nearby playground.

The entrance should have barriers to deter motorbikes.
