Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4236288.

There is alot of litter and rotten leaves all around the top of Westbrook Drive.Street cleaners never come to the top of Westbrook Drive but often collect leaves/litter from Petton Grove.
