Traffic lights sometimes giving 2 seconds on green!

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4235483.

These traffic lights appear a bit wonky, I have now witnessed them giving green to Nelson St. traffic for about 2 seconds then give like 30 seconds to Tradeston Street. Tradeston St. never has more than like 5 cars so the priority ought to be on Nelson St. Seems a bit odd. Other times can be OK. Also catches people out as you all drive off then suddenly everyone is slamming on their brakes. Been a few near misses.
