Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4226971.

I have reported this problem for a couple of years now and it never gets cleared up, I feel physically sick when I drive on coast bound slip road seeing this along with truckers piss in bottles. The bushes will start to grow soon and this needs clearing before that happens.
