No Toilets open, people peeing in bushes!

I can’t believe that the toilets were locked at Roath Park, the ones by the ice cream van were open but this is no good if your on the other side of the lake! I saw people PEEING in the bushes! and also in the Wild Gardens, is it too much trouble to use a key and open all the toilets? People can’t choose when they want to Pee!
