Redundant loading ban sign

Reported via desktop in the Road traffic signs category by Ivan Murray-Smith at 18:42, Sun 12 February 2023

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4226276.

You can see from the Google Street View from 2008 https://goo.gl/ maps/ EkxKLX7pzwPn97Jq6 that there used to be double yellow lines and a part-time loading ban at this location. By September 2009 the yellow lines were replaced with parking bays and the loading ban kerb blips have gone, but the sign with the loading ban times was accidentally left attached to street light column 3, and the sign is there to this day. As this appears to be an oversight and the sign is now incorrect, it should be removed.
