Bright white bulb put in small window level lamppost instead of orange
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4222256.
This is an old-style lamppost which is just below the level of our bedroom windows. Like the others of its type it’s always had a warm orange bulb. It’s been off for a while and was replaced today but the bulb is white and a lot brighter. The installer has added a baffle on the side facing our house which is welcome but not enough and is very bright for houses opposite. Would prefer it to remain off (the road is sufficiently lit without it) rather than this!
