It seems that the government ploughed into the organisation and the organisation took on remit of umbrella of all other service So effectively the organisation misselling in 2018 remaining Unresolved in 2020 Kept taking money for not providing any service Till there was no income Then the Nov 2020 poor signal company which never responded appropriate seemed to advertise and take over everything So there was no resolution for us as witnesses But we continue to monitor where it's not working for everyone because it wasn't working for us Quote The UK has been influential in the EU in developing these rights, and the UK's 2015 Consumer Rights Act builds on EU consumer law principles.
