Request for tree preservation order on group of mature oak trees

There are several mature oak trees on the boundary between the northern rear boundary of my garden and the southern boundary of bishop of Llandaff school. A few months ago the school employed contractors who severely pruned all the large trees with almost all leaf bearing branches removed not only affecting the health of the tree and habitat but also reducing the trees role as screening between the school and residential properties. I would like to request that you have a site visit and inspect these trees for a group tree preservation order.
