Car park blocking pavement on Old Dumbarton Rd

This car has been parked with all four wheels on the pavement on the corner of Old Dumbarton Road and Hastie Street in Yorkhill. Wheelchairs and buggies would not get by this vehicle without going into the street. The first photo taken at 12:21 today and the second was at 17:33 today so it has been there all day. This is an ongoing problem in Yorkhill. Please reinstate bollards so that pedestrians can use the pavements.
