This caravan is blocking pavement for disabled people & people walking past & towbar protrudes in to road restricted access for cars to pass when other vehicles parked at other side which is very dangerous in the dark.Section 137 of Highway act 1980

    This caravan owner thinks it is ok to block the pavement & have the tow bar of the caravan protruding out into the roadway for cars, then he parks his 2nd car opposite the towbar also quite a distance from the pavement & goes away on holiday really considerate of him, the family have 3 cars between them so they take up 5 car spaces other people struggle to park, so it is very difficult to get through large vehicles struggle like bin lorries, etc
