  • I am sorry to say that the build up of black food bags has continued its been another two weeks and no action has been taken. yet again i have cleared this up as its dangerous plus a health hazard. the bin men when collecting do not pick up the bags they only empty the metal bins. the caretakers of our flats do not put them in our metal bins as its not their job. can you DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. this is only going to get worse....this morning Rats and Foxes have been at the bags.it was not a pleasent job of clearing this up
