Telegraph wire still hanging from 96 Wood Lodge Lane

Reported via desktop in the Utility Works and Temporary Traffic Lights category anonymously at 14:29, Wednesday 8 February 2023

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This was caused by the collapse of tree outside the property in May’22. Your ref: 3546929 and subsequent ref: 3547209 suggest it has been reported that the connection to the house needs to be addressed. Nothing has happened and the telegraph attached to the house is still hanging loosely from the top elevation. Please arrange the removal of the wire or reconnect to the telegraph pole and inform me who will be addressing this problem.
