Traffic light timing issue since lights failure - bad congestion

The traffic lights failed at this junction before Christmas, ever since then this stretch of Nelson St/Norfolk St. back beyond Oxford Lane is a solid traffic jam every night. I have driven this route for 3 years and the bad congestion only occurred after the lights were fixed. The priority now appears to be for traffic on Tradeston St. however the green lights sit green for some 10-12 seconds with no more traffic moving while Nelson street backs up as far as the sheriff court up beyond Oxford Lane. Beyond these lights the road is usually almost totally clear, clearly indicating an issue at these particular lights. Please can the signals timings be reviewed.
