Hayes Lane closed, NO DIVERSION in place

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Hayes Lane is closed near junction with Kechill Gardens by Thames Water but NO diversion is in place down either Chatham Avenue or Pickhurst Lane so chaos is being caused at Club Gardens Road junction with Kechill Gardens and a few near misses
