Street lights in Lychpit Tesco car park not working

Sent to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4213742.

There are several lights in the carpark outside Lychpit Tesco Express and most of them are not working. My daughter attends Brownies in the village hall and it is dark at pick up time and the car park is pretty much in complete darkness due to lack of street lights working.
