Dangerous parking on corner and close to junction

There is a black hatchback constantly parked on the junction of newland avenue/ Rainbird road. The location that this car is parked is causing drivers to have to veer into the wrong lane and risk colliding with another vehicle head-on as they come round the corner heading further down newland avenue. I have witnessed multiple near misses on this corner as a direct impact of this dangerous and inconsiderate parking offence. I dread to think what will happen when we have children leaving their primary school, we have more cars using this corner to travel to/from the school, aswell as the bus stop there causing more problem. This needs sorting ASAP!
