Our service provider attended the location on 23.2.2023 but they could not locate the graffiti. To help us action and resolve this issue please could further information be provided on the location along with any photos. Thank you.

This has since been resolved. Such offensive graffiti has to be a priority - greater time equates to greater harm, especially over periods of school holidays.
