Car Parking on Pavements

Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 17:21, Sat 11 January 2014 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council 4 minutes later

Cars are parking on Ashcombe Crescent pavements so pedestrians are forced to walk on the road, often these being young children on the way to the Marriotts Walk park. Also, parking on the pavements makes exiting communal parking areas difficult.

Updates

  • Family having to walk in road due to footpath completely blocked by parked cars. So dangerous. Visibility minimal to none also for drivers especially approaching bend and leaving the courtyard from the flats. Pedestrians should be able to use the footpaths for their purpose. Need no parking signs or road markings.
