It would appear that cardboard, plasterboard and other items have been dumped just down from 69a Star Lane Orpington, on pavement which is causing an obstruction.

No path access . No one can use footpath right on corner of the road. Tenants from 67/69 star lane have dumped this

This is right on the bend in the road where visibility for oncoming traffic is really poor and is pouring pedestrians at risk

The rubbish is back on the pavement. It is unsightly and is encouraging vermin. Why are the residents of no 67 being held responsible for their actions? Absolutely disgraceful.
