Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4210525.

This unregistered car has been here for many months , if not years. It’s clear who is responsible. He takes the numberlstes off all the cars he dumps on Tudor lane . Why are they not towed and crushed?

Report it to the police on their website. I did this and the car was removed shortly afterwards.

Sadly , it seems that swp are not interested in towing cars which are dumped here by a certain repeat offender . he is clever enough to remove the number plates , that way no one can check if they are taxed or not . of course they are not taxed
