Tree need pruning outside no 23 the grove

This tree is leaning toward the road, part of another tree next to this one has already fallen. Not sure if this tree is safe! It needs pruning for several reasons, to allow light into our front room as when it has leaves in the summer months we have very limited light and need to run our main lights to be able to see, it also has branches overhanging the road, lorries often hit these low branches and pull them off. Lastly several branches are laying over the phone lines to my property (no 23) and no 21 (no 21 is unoccupied) indicated by the yellow lines in my photo. Would like someone to look at this please with a review to cutting back the branches.

    Please see this tree has now moved considerably and I feel it may fall into the road . Since last photo dated 6 feb, you can see a massive difference in position of the tree. It looks like it is going to fall down very soon
