  • Resident advised the crew came yesterday and trimmed one on the smaller trees but did not touch the top which is what needs cutting. Advised spoke with crew member and asked when the larger trees where going to be pruned and said not today. The other two trees that are still hanging over, crew member advised the other bits wont go through the machine.

  • Works are raised to all 7 trees to remove regrowth from the trees, not to reduce their height. Given the volume of regrowth to be removed the work is very time consuming and the team is working their way through all trees one by one. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve your enquiry.

  • Resident has called back as the trees are in urgent need of work, there has been no crew attending the trees since February, there is now growth coming over the top of the fence and on to the path, resident has said when the wind is bad the branches have fallen off and have damage property and vehicle. They feel this is an accident waiting to happen, Resident has asked if a manager would be able to visit the trees to see what they are talking about it, the fence is damaged as well from the last visit from the workforce.

  • Thank you for your comments. Works have been completed for 2 of the 7 trees and the team is due to return as a priority to complete the remaining works.

  • When will they be returning to cut the trees as they are in full bloom again . We want to know when this will be dealt with. We have been fobbed off with delays and excuses for 3 years now and this needs to be dealt with my professional tree cutters not people on a cherry picker who can hardly reach the trees.
