Mass amount of litter

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4208542.

There is a mass amount of discarded litter along the central reservation of what used to be the dual carriageway on this section of road. It is an appalling sight and very rarely gets cleansed
