Very deep gouge in middle of the lane

Very deep gouge in the middle of this lane between the mini roundabout and Royston Road. I always need to drive on the opposite side of the road here - this is far too deep to drive over even slowly. This was particularly difficult last night as there was an emergency AA vehicle assisting a person who's car wheel had been destroyed by this gouge. It needs an urgent fix
