Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later

The barbed wire fence alongside the path between the play area and Church Street has fallen down/been overgrown, so that the barbed part of the fence is at a low level (eye/hand level for toddlers) and is obstructing part of the footpath.
