Gate preventing vehicle access broken again

This gate was originally broken a number of years ago but somebody managed a temporary fix to keep it going for a little longer. Now the path is muddy it looks like someone thought it had a better use as a bridge. Can it be replaced and some stepping stones put in place to help people step through this muddy confluence?

    Hi The fix did not last long. Hope you can do something about this before it gets destroyed.
