From Mill Road to Polka Road

Reported via mobile in the Potholes category anonymously at 06:29, Sun 5 February 2023

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4204186.

This section of Road linking Mill Road to Polka Road has Numerous Pot Holes possible caused by The Weather or The Geavy Transport that uses it , being a Bus Route and Delivery Route for Large Vehicles.

Updates

  • To Fix this road would mean a road closure and that will cause lots of problems as it will effect access to businesses for supplies and people , The Town's Public Transport , access to The Health Center and Post Office as well .

  • Some holes have been patched up but the road through from Polka Road to Two Furlong Hill ( changes its name from Station Road to Mill Road ) The whole length could do with being re tarmaced ( not Grit just Bitchemen ) .

  • Station Road , that's the section of road from. the Butlands ( that's where the Bus stops are ) to Polka Road still has pot holes , Mill Road from Two Furlong Hill to The Butlands , some pot holes have been filled in , some haven't , The whole length from Two Furlong Hill to Polka Road needs to be skimmed and totally resurfaced to make it good , in my opinion , then The Yellow lines repainted and Road Markings redone .
