Could concrete in tree pit be removed and uneven paving here be put right?

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4204103.
This tree is causing issues for the resident as the roots are impacting on the pavement which is uneven and dangerous. The paving edge is uneven and the concrete in the tree pit needs to be removed please.

Thank you for your update. During our inspection following the report we found no sign of a defect that meets our investigatory levels.

We are closing this report as no actionable defect was found at the location given in the initial report. If you are able to supply more precise location such as house number we will inspect again. If the defect has worsened since the last inspection we will consider appropriate works if necessary.
