Could concrete in tree pit be removed and uneven paving here be put right?

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4204103.
This tree is causing issues for the resident as the roots are impacting on the pavement which is uneven and dangerous. The paving edge is uneven and the concrete in the tree pit needs to be removed please.
