2 inch drop on uneven pavement surface

There is a drop of 1-2 inches on the pavement near a utility cover, sloping to around 6 inches of level difference. The location is on City road, intersecting with Brighton Street. The uneven pavement caused me to roll my right ankle causing a sprain/strain injury on Thursday 2nd February 2023 whilst on my way to work. I was travelling in the direction towards the city centre on City Road, on the left side of the road. I am awaiting medical advice for treatment from my GP.
