Adelesutherland0@gmail.com These lights on Magnolia Green estate have been reported to the caretaker on numerous occasions as well as various council employees & they have been broken for over a year now, I have on several occasions had falls due to the lack of lighting as I can identify at least 5 broken lights from my blocks entrance
