Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4201877.

Utter filth, litter, lumps of concrete fallen from the ceiling, water seepage, paint flakes from walls.It looks as if it has not been cleaned or repaired for years. What visitors to Pontypridd who use the carpark and exit on foot on to Berw Road would think of paying to park and then have to walk through water, litter and broken concrete.
